Cameron Lee Obituary

Mr. Cameron Gary Lee, age 47, of Mershon, passed away Thursday morning (8/19/21) at the Bacon County Hospital following a short illness.

Born October 23, 1973 in Waycross, he was a son of Mrs. Carla Miller and the late Gary Nathaniel Lee. He lived all of his life in Pierce County and was a 1992 graduate of Pierce County High School. He was a Superintendent for Utility Asset Management in Perry, Georgia and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Glynn Payne.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Lisa Lee of Mershon; 3 daughters, Ashley Logan Bryson of Blackshear, Morgan Taylor Lee (Trevor Dampier) of Mershon, and Lauren Lee Gilliard (Grant) of Nichols; 3 grandchildren, Ava Bryson, Hayger Bryson, and Kash Gilliard; his mother, Carla Miller of Blackshear; 2 sisters, Karen Fowler (Shannon) of Statham, GA and Vanessa Herman (Steve) of Patterson, GA; brother, Collin Lee (Anesha) of Blackshear; his in-laws, Susie and Larry Sapp of Patterson and Sherlyn Payne of Blackshear; brother-in-law, Ken Dixon (Tara) of Patterson; special friend, Anita Clyne of Perry; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends who were like his family.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening (8/22/21) at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
