Charles Fulgham

Mr. Charles Albert Fulgham, age 76, of Waycross, passed away early Saturday morning (11/30/19) at Harborview Satilla in Waycross following an extended illness.

Born August 1, 1943 in Homerville, GA, he was a son of the late Albert Milton and Era Belle Cason Fulgham. He grew up in Fernandina Beach, Florida and had lived in Waycross and Jacksonville for many years. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army and was retired as a tour bus driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Fulgham; a son, Michael Fulgham; and 2 sisters, Rebecca Johnson and Linda Hickox.

Survivors include his son, Kevin Fulgham (Cindy) of Waycross; 2 daughters, Melissa Lingenfelter of Plano, TX and Lee Ann Lawrence of Hawaii; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a brother, Hillary Fulgham of Hawaii; and several other relatives.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
