Donald Bruce Small

Mr. Donald Bruce Small, age 77, of Blackshear, passed away late Thursday night (4/25/2024) at his residence following an extended illness.

Born April 17, 1947, in Portland, Maine, he was a son of the late Donald W. and Shirley L. Small.  He lived most of his life in South Portland, Maine and Glen Falls, New York before moving to Pierce County in 2007. He was a veteran, proudly serving his country as a United States Marine. He was retired as a supervisor in manufacturing from Native Textiles in Glen Falls, N.Y. and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include 6 children, Rachel Butterfield, Kendra Merrick, Terry Small, Billy Small, April Profenno, and Lesia Small; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; special friends, Patrick and Diane Colvin of New York and Melany Nichols of Blackshear; and several other relatives.

Memorialization was by cremation.
