Mrs. Eleonore “Ellen” Louise Enzian Wells, age 78, of Hawkinsville, Georgia (formerly of Patterson), passed away Monday morning (7/22/2024) at her son’s residence following an extended illness.
Born August 15, 1945, in Frankfort, Germany, she had lived in Pierce County since the late 1970’s. She was a longtime housewife and was of the Baptist faith. She was a good-hearted person who loved deeply and was loved by many. She was well known in Pierce County for her compassion toward animals and animal rights.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Wells.
Survivors include her four sons, Guido Valerio (wife Joy) of Brunswick, Mike Enzian (wife Penny) of Hawkinsville, James Valerio (wife Sheryl) of Jeffersonville, and John Enzian of Patterson; grandchildren, Sasha, Shayna, Hannah, Casey, Brittany, Curtis, Autumn, Jamie Lee, Dakota, John, Kayla, and Amber; and great grandchildren Cecily, Nolan, Noah, Preston, Ethan, Aaron, Ashley and Harley.
Memorialization is by cremation.
