Esther (Cowart) Dickson

Mrs. Esther Cowart Dickson, age 65, of Waycross, passed away Thursday evening (8/6/2020) at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross following an extended illness.

Born October 26, 1954 in Waycross, she was a daughter of the late James Eston and Marlene Edna Dixon Cowart.  She lived many years in Ware County where she was a housewife and had attended First Christian Church in Waycross.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, James Lee Dickson, Jr.; her daughter, Jessica Warren of Jesup; her son, William Warren of Savannah; her sister, Shirley Wilson of Gainesville, GA; and several friends and other relatives.

A memorial service will take place Saturday afternoon (8/8/20) at 2 pm in the chapel of Hart Funeral Home.
