Mrs. Eva May Wade Staines, age 56, of Patterson, died Thursday afternoon (11/3/22) at her residence.
Born July 22, 1966, in Fort Valley, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late William Nelson Wade, Sr. and Evan Margaret Sanders Wade. She had lived in Warner Robins before moving to Pierce County in 2018. She had worked as a waitress and was a longtime housewife and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Maria Nicole “Nikki” Staines; 2 sisters, Gwendolyn Judy Davis and Sandra Jean Wheeler McMahan; and a brother, William Nelson Wade, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory Staines of Patterson; 2 sons, Gregory Staines, Jr. of California and James Anthony Wade of Macon; 6 grandchildren, Kassidy Staines, Marissa Staines, Eric Staines, Hunter Staines, Angelina Staines, and Zoey Staines; a sister, Linda Wade Knighton (husband Chip) of Warner Robins; 2 brothers, Greg Wade (Lisa) and Steve Wade, both of Byron; and several other relatives.
Memorialization is by cremation.
