Mr. Kenneth Dwayne Cox, age 53, of Blackshear, passed away Sunday morning (5/17/20) at his residence following an extended illness.

Born August 27, 1966 in Lakeland Florida, he had lived in Camden County before moving to Pierce County in 2006. He was an owner/operator truck driver and was of the Methodist faith. He was a loving husband and always worked hard.

Survivors include his wife, Brandalyn Cox of Blackshear; 4 children, Kevin Dwayne Cox and Mikayla Rose Cox, both of Blackshear, Tiffany Brickey (husband Shane) of Bartow, FL, and Karley Cox of Florida; 6 grandchildren, Koby, Trenton, Kayden, Austin, Holly, and Levi; mother, Sandra Robison Miller (husband Doug) of Elizabethton, TN; brother, Shelby Cox (wife Kim) of Lakeland, Fl; sister, Kimmie Gull (husband DeWayne) of Florida; mother-in-law, Debra Morris of St. Marys, GA; brother-in-law, James Morris, Jr. (wife Heley) of Korea; sister-in-law, Sami Luffman (husband Mark) of Woodbine; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Gerald Cox and a son, Jamie Purvis.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
