Tonya Blackwell Obituary
Mrs. Tonya Blackwell, age 68, of Brunswick passed away Friday evening (2/11/22) at Southeast Georgia Health Systems Brunswick Campus following an extended illness.
Born July 28, 1953 in Augusta, Georgia, she was a daughter of Virginia Ann Kitchens Thompson and the late Buffalo Bill Blackwell. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Edenfeld; and a brother, Ronnie Len Blackwell.
Survivors include her mother, Virginia Thompson of Brunswick; a sister, Debra Blackwell of Florida; 2 brothers, Billy Blackwell and Ricky Blackwell, both of Georgia; and several friends and other relatives.
A graveside funeral service will take place Thursday morning (2/17/22) at 11 a.m. at Patterson Cemetery with Rev. Andrew Fountain officiating.
