Born February 15, 1935, in Screven, Georgia, he was a son of the late Geraldine Trull Farrow. He lived most of his life in Pierce County and was a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic during the Korean War.
A jack of all trades, he always enjoyed working and doing many jobs. Starting young, he worked at Darling Funeral Home in Blackshear. He enjoyed traveling and camping and built his own motorhome. He also enjoyed gardening and working in his yard and flowers, woodworking, loved trains, enjoyed studying guns and old coins, and supporting Donald Trump!
From the mid 1960’s to the mid 1980’s, he and his family attended Kettle Creek Church in Waycross. They started attending Bethel Baptist Church in Blackshear in 1986 where he surrendered his life and heart to the Lord. In 2005, he and his wife joined Hacklebarney Baptist Church where he served faithfully as an usher and drove the van and attended the Senior Adult Sunday School Class.
