Adam Hart

President/Funeral Director/Embalmer

Adam is a lifelong resident of Blackshear, a 1999 graduate of Pierce County High School, a 2001 graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service, and obtained his funeral director and embalmer licenses in 2003.  

He started his funeral service career while in high school in 1998, and worked at several funeral homes over the years before purchasing the funeral home in 2012.  

He is a member of Blackshear First Baptist Church and attends the Unashamed Sunday School Class.  He has been active in various roles around the church including the Youth Council, Finance Committee, and Men's Ministry.

He is active in the community, having been a member and treasurer of the Blackshear Better Hometown/Main Street Program, a former member of the Blackshear Rotary Club, the Blackshear Exchange Club, and he volunteers at  area events. 

He is married to Amber Bennett Hart and has two children, Hinson and Hindree.  

He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing when time allows, and enjoys raising, training and field trialing his English Pointer birddogs.
